For lack of a proper explaination on this piece of artwork I will add a more technical point of view on it as in what I used to make it with and what certain filters I put on it, it's a borrowed stock piece so there's not to much to it.
- "I didn't just make it green I enhanced it, meaning I enhanced everything to make it more clearer, ie. with more contrast, plus I added a certain filter on it is Photoshop CS to add to the highlights on the right side of her face, ie. notice the glow on the right side of her face. The third thing I did was change the colour of her face and finally, yes I did make it green".
